Casa Tranquilla 🌵

• Your beautiful and super private Casa includes 950 SF of ground floor living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, a great room with kitchen, dining and living room.
• Primary bedroom is on ground floor with private patio/garden and bamboo outdoor shower. There are two queen beds with optional privacy screen, large closet and double wide dresser. This room has AC/heat/ceiling fan. Perfect for a family with children or two adults.
•  Second bedroom is across the courtyard and has a double bed, two windows, clothes hanger, small chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Beautiful view of water and garden from windows. Covered patio outside. Separate from main casa and very private.  
• Second full bathroom is on second level. There is also a third bedroom on second floor but that is our private room and not included. Feel free to use the spanish style balcony with classic concrete balustrades and railing.

• The yard is fully fenced with large gate for your vehicle and a gate to alley. Very secure for small children.
• Yard is full of native plants including elephant trees, Cardon cactus, aloe, neem trees, etc. We have also planted a variety of palms. 
• We have a private out door shower that faces the southwest and is exposed to the sun in the afternoon. Perfect for rinsing off after a day on the water. I recommend a cold cerveza as well!
• Our personal favorite end of the day activity is sunset on the first level roof or a trip to the smaller second story roof that is 22' above grade. Epic 360 degree views!

• We have trucked in water as the salinity is negligible and its better for you hair, skin and the plumbing. The tank is 5500 liters and will last two weeks for a couple and about half that time for a family of four.

Casa Tranquila is in a premier quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood has minimal traffic and perfect for walks and spectacular views. Walking distance to beach and restaurants but far enough away for quiet evenings. We are on the south end of La Ventana, west of south beach and on a hill with 360 degree views.
